Our BPCCV is a quick cure for a lazy secondary turbo, these valves often have shaft bushing wear making them sticky and causing the secondary turbo to be lazy and in worst case scenarios even dumping boost off.

Our Cool Charge III
Intercooler has been said by many to be the most effective for the
RX7 FD, it provides charge temp reductions like a front mount
without blocking air flow to the radiator, on top of this it also
allows for a Cold Air Induction System, this is a substantial
benefit because the cooler the air entering the turbo, the less heat
it gains, this simple design has proven itself for hundreds of our
customers over 13 years. Another major benefit is that our
Coolcharge III will work with both twin and single turbo setups and
also allows the use of our cold air induction for either a twin or
single turbo setup, no other systems can offer this or even come
close. The Cool Charge III has a tubular internally fined core
measuring 12" tall 17" wide and provides less than 1/2 lb pressure
drop, all tubing is mandrel bent aluminum and our system installs
with fewer hose connections (points of failure) than the stock
system. Top performance and reliability is what we are all about. This system includes all hoses and
clamps, special ducting. Drops charge temperature like a rock while
minimizing pressure loss. Huge 18" x 12" core. (Greddy blow off valve pictured not included)

1" dump port (stock is 5/8") The new valve is completely CNC

Heat
Shield
A
stainless steel heat shield, designed for Mazda 13b engines, fits
between the lower intake and the turbo system It’s job is to block
radiant heat absorption into the lower intake manifold reducing charge
air temperatures and increasing horsepower. The shield can also be
layered with thermal barrier panel material, further improving heat
rejection. This design retains an air space between lower intake and
shield, further reducing heat transfer.
