The included semi-translucent reservoir tank makes it easy to see the current coolant level. It also features a low level sensor to signal the RX8 dash warning light for low coolant. • AST Spec. A Kit RX8— Our most comprehensive kit lets you setup a closed cooling system by combining our recovery reservoir with our aluminum tank. In this configuration the aluminum tank works as an Air Separator Tank (AST), reducing entrained air in the system. This kit also features a low level sensor to signal the RX8 dash warning light for low coolant.
• AST Spec. B Kit RX8— This kit lets you setup a closed system by combining our recovery reservoir with our aluminum tank. In this configuration our aluminum tank works as an Air Separator Tank (AST), reducing entrained air in the system.
• Aluminum Expansion Tank Spec. C Kit RX8— In its simplest configuration, our aluminum coolant tank can be used as an OEM replacement for the original plastic expansion tank, only much stronger!
